and we use many criteria when making admissions decisions.
Holy Rosary is not a school for students
with primary behavioral or psychological concerns.
Holy Rosary accepts students who meet our admissions standards
without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin.

In order to make an informed decision, Holy Rosary
must have the following documentation:
- Complete school records from the past 3 years
- Standardized test scores
- Current educational evaluations
- Accommodations provided at previous school(s)
- A recent picture
- Copies of birth certificate and social security card
- Copies of sacramental and immunization records
- Completed Holy Rosary application
- Parent Questionnaire
